TECAPEEK™ MT
Modern Plastics carries TECAPEEK™ MT, a new medical grade TECAPEEK™ 30 percent carbon fiber filled grade, from Ensinger. TECAPEEK shapes are produced from Victrex PEEK 450 resin. The carbon fiber filled grades are formulated by Ensinger and are available in extruded shapes, TECAPEEK CF30 and compression molded shapes, TECAPEEK XP 98. Shapes from both processing methods have been submitted to an independent lab for purposes of testing to the biocompatability requirements of the ISO10993 matrix.
