Modern Plastics carries these Plasti-Cut circular saw blades sold in two sizes, one to a pack. These general purpose carbide-tipped blades make smooth, clean, melt-free cuts in a variety of plastics.

The economical blade is suitable for a wide range of applications.

After being cut with this blade, the acrylic/plastic’s cut edge could then be sanded smooth and/or flamed.
